Adoption Fees for Dogs

We love the Mutt-i-grees at HSFC. But we will receive10 applications for a small Yorkie for every one application for a large hound mix.  Because of this reality, our adoption fees are higher for dogs in greatest demand.

Routine Medical Investment in Every Dog/Puppy:

General physical
Diagnostic test for heartworm
Heartworm treatment (if needed)
Heartworm preventative(Interceptor)
Spayed or Neutered
Micro-chipped
Vaccinations (age-appropriate)
Deworming
Advantage flea preventative applied

Please complete the dog application and submit it online.  Or, you may complete it in person at the Adoption Center.
